A cool sourcing request from a dear client of ours. A Rolex Day-Date reference 18028 with a cool 'Stella' dial. The reference 18028 is a stunning configuration with the '2' in the reference indicating it has a factory, smooth bezel unlike the more common 'fluted' bezel. Now the star of the show is nothing less than this yellow Stella dial. This is a special dial dating back to this millennium, where vintage aesthetics were combined with the original vintage production methods by Singer for Rolex. A non commercialised project for some of the most prominent Rolex aficionados. Another feature on this watch that deserves some attention is the riveted Oyster bracelet with polished centre links and folding clasp which remains in a very good condition with barely any stretch and some light hairlines that indicate it might never have received a polish. This piece dates back to 1978 and is in impeccable condition with a thick case and sharp edges.
